I bet that's the first thing you asked yourself... most people do. I guess it actually sounds like some sort of medical condition. But it’s not. In fact - It's me! That's who I am here in France.  Allochtone is a term used to describe something that is rare, or in my case, someone living in a country where he wasn't born.
