SHIPPING
We all have busy lives today and it's difficult to be at home when a wine shipment is set to arrive. If you can't be home for the delivery there are some other options to consider.
You may choose to have it delivered to your work or place of business. Make sure to check with your employer first - don't want to step on any toes!
Another idea is a UPS Access Point. These are UPS locations that will accept and sign for your wine delivery and hold it for 7 days until you can go pick it up. UPS Access Points are located in every state and there is probably one not far from you. This will allow you to pick up your wine when it's convenient to your schedule.
At the checkout you may choose to send your package to your closest UPS Access Point .
We are sorry but Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

SHIPPING POLICY
You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive wine deliveries. Orders cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Wine orders are processed as received and are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground. UPS and Fed Ex will attempt to deliver three times, after which the order will be returned to us.
An adult 21 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery, so if you are not sure to be home you may elect to ship to your place of business, another address where someone is available to accept the package, or a UPS Access Point Location.
Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of the shipment. These costs are calculated in the shopping cart prior to payment.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from allochtone.com (the “Site”).

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
