SHIPPING POLICY

You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive wine deliveries. Orders cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Wine orders are processed as received and are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex ground. UPS and Fed Ex will attempt to deliver three times, after which the order will be returned to us.

An adult 21 years or older must be present to sign for the delivery, so if you are not sure to be home you may elect to ship to your place of business, another address where someone is available to accept the package, or a UPS Access Point Location.

Shipping and handling costs are based on the weight of the shipment. These costs are calculated in the shopping cart prior to payment.

REFUND POLICY

All wine sales are final and we hope you enjoy our wines, however, we will replace any flawed bottles with one of equal or lesser value upon return of the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. We do not accept returns of wines ordered in error.

Wine is a delicate product and must be stored and shipped in conditions that protect the wine's integrity. For that reason we are unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or storage after purchase.
